Club projects still going through summer

The last few years, we have a ball making bag lunches for Must Ministries for the Summer lunch program – which provides lunches to school children once school is over. This use to take us a couple of hours to make the lunches – no more. Tuesday night, we broke into groups with out saying a word – and just began this wonderful team assembly line. Couple of folks opened boxes of juice drinks, applesauce & cookies. Others started opening bags and others started the assembly lines for bologna and cheese sandwiches. It wasn’t until we were all done that I realized this was the fastest we had ever been. We were laughing, joking and talking through our processes, but we were on a mission. We are small club, but mighty. We make our projects fun.
