County Fairs and State Conventions REVISITED!!!

True Haiti is not on the soil of the Good Old USA, but it’s so close their refugees sail over here on makeshift boats and frequently drown trying to reach our soil. There are thousands and thousands of Haitians living here in the states.

by rosemary on 04/21/09The Woman’s Club clubhouse and my home are in a very low income neighborhood. I planted daffodils in a bleak spot at the base of the side steps to the clubhouse. A local elderly woman who walks her dog that way everyday stopped to chat as I planted them last November.
